By accessing or purchasing from fortworthtcg.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. Fort Worth TCG LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates this site from Fort Worth, Texas, as an in-store-pickup-only retailer of sealed Trading Card Game products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent or legal guardian's consent, to use this site or place an order. By placing an order you confirm you are able to lawfully enter into a binding contract.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and exclude applicable Texas sales tax, which is added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or inventory error and to cancel any order placed against an obvious mistake.

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every sealed item we sell is sourced directly from an authorized distributor and verified for weight, seal integrity, and factory shrink. If any item is later found to be inauthentic, we refund the full purchase price.

4. Anti-Bot, Purchase Limits & Order Refusal

Fort Worth TCG LLC is committed to fair allocation for genuine collectors. We strictly prohibit automated purchasing software, scripts, or any method designed to circumvent our purchase limits or queue mechanisms.

Default Per-Customer Limits (per SKU)

  • • 1 unit per sealed box, deck, ETB, or bundle
  • • 4 units per individual booster pack

Specific products may carry different limits stated on the product page. Limits are enforced at checkout and re-validated at pickup.

Fort Worth TCG LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Suspected bot or automation activity
  • Attempts to bypass per-customer purchase limits
  • Multi-account ordering by the same individual or household
  • Inventory discrepancies
  • Typographical pricing errors on our website

In the event of a cancellation initiated by Fort Worth TCG, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We maintain meticulous documentation for every pickup, including:

  • Order details, payment confirmation (Stripe charge ID), and Live Pass token issuance timestamp.
  • Customer-side device fingerprint, IP address, and User-Agent at both order placement and pickup claim.
  • Live Pass open events, Store Code verification attempts, and the exact timestamp of claim confirmation.
  • Staff member ID and store terminal ID at the moment of claim.

Any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been successfully claimed at our Fort Worth shop will be permanently banned from all future transactions with Fort Worth TCG LLC, and our complete audit package will be submitted to the issuing financial institution to dispute the claim.

We dispute fraudulent chargebacks aggressively and maintain a high success rate due to the rigor of our multi-factor pickup verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or speculative damages.

7. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
