Fulfillment & Pickup Policy

In-Store Pickup Only

Fort Worth TCG operates strictly on an "In-Stock Only" model. Every product listed on our website is physically held at our Fort Worth shop and ready for immediate collection. We do not sell pre-orders, allocations, or items not in our possession. We do not ship under any circumstances.

2. Order Preparation Timeline

  • Orders are prepared and ready for collection within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • We email you a "Ready for Pickup" notification when your order is staged at the counter.
  • Orders must be claimed within 14 days of the Ready notification. See our Refund Policy for uncollected orders.

3. Pickup Identity Verification

To prevent fraud and ensure your order is released only to you, every pickup uses a multi-factor verification protocol:

    Government-issued photo ID

    Matching the name on the order. Visual inspection only — no copies, photos, or scans are taken or retained, in compliance with U.S. privacy laws.

    Live Pass URL

    Delivered to the email on file. Must be opened on your personal device at the counter. The pass displays a live ticking clock and a rotating verification element that cannot be screenshot.

  3. 3

    Store Code Handshake

    Staff will verbally provide a rotating 3-digit code. Enter it on your Live Pass to confirm in-person presence and complete the claim.

Authorized Representatives

You may designate another person to pick up your order by emailing pickup@fortworthtcg.com before arrival with their full legal name. The representative must present their own photo ID and complete the Live Pass handshake at the counter.

4. Before You Arrive — Checklist

  • ✓ Confirm you received the "Ready for Pickup" email.
  • ✓ Bring your photo ID matching the order name.
  • ✓ Have your phone charged and the Live Pass email accessible.
  • ✓ Arrive during shop hours.
