Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Sales Are Final (No Returns, No Refunds)
Due to the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products and to protect the integrity of our inventory against tampering, pack-weighing, or reseal fraud, all sales of sealed TCG products are FINAL once an order has been claimed at our Fort Worth shop. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any sealed item that has been collected.
Exception · Inspect at the Counter
Customers are required to inspect their order at the pickup counter before confirming the claim. Damaged seals, mismatched items, or obvious fulfillment errors will be exchanged on the spot. Once you confirm the claim (via the in-app "Claim" button + Store Code handshake), the transaction is final.
Exception · Our Error After Pickup
If we discover a fulfillment mistake after pickup (e.g., the wrong SKU was handed over), contact support@fortworthtcg.com within 48 hours of pickup with photographic evidence and we will resolve immediately.
2. Order Cancellation
Because we prepare orders immediately upon payment to enable same-day or next-day pickup readiness, cancellations are subject to the following tiers:

Before "Ready for Pickup" notification is sent
Full refund. No fee.

After "Ready for Pickup" notification (order is staged)
Refund minus a 10% restocking and payment processing fee.

After claim is confirmed at the counter
No cancellation. All sales final per Section 1.
3. Uncollected Orders
Orders must be claimed within 14 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders uncollected after 14 days are automatically refunded minus a 10% restocking fee, and the inventory is returned to stock for other customers.
4. Refund Method & Timing
All eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days, though some banks may take up to 10 business days to reflect the credit.
