Fair drops, every time.

When a product is in extremely high demand — chase reprints, drop-day boxes, or limited allocations — we sell it by lottery instead of first-come-first-served. Bots get no advantage. Everyone has a real shot.

How it works

    Enter

    • Sign in with your Fort Worth TCG account.
    • Submit your name (must match a photo ID at pickup).
    • One entry per person, per product. Multiple accounts or alias emails are detected and removed.
    • Free to enter — no payment until you win.

    Draw

    • When entries close, we draw winners at random — bots have no timing advantage.
    • Number of winners matches the units we have for that drop.
    • Both winners and non-winners get an email so you know the result.

    Claim

    • Winners get a private 48-hour checkout link by email.
    • Single-use and tied to your account — don't share it.
    • If you don't claim in time, the spot is forfeited and may be redrawn.
    • Can't find the email? Check spam, then write support@fortworthtcg.com.

    Pick up

    • In-store pickup at 3431 W 7th St, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
    • Bring photo ID matching the order name.
    • 14-day hold from the time you claim.
    • Inspect your sealed product before you leave — we resolve any issues on the spot.

🤝 Fair-play rules

  • One entry per person. Multiple accounts, throwaway emails, or "+aliases" are detected and excluded.
  • ID check at pickup. The order name on the entry must match your photo ID. No proxy pickups.
  • No bots, no automation. The draw is random — speed doesn't help. Detected automation forfeits the spot.
  • Built for collectors. We love collectors who play, trade, and share — reselling is against our values. Confirmed flipping may forfeit future entries.
  • Refunds. Once you claim and pick up, sealed sales are final. If your link expires, you're not charged.

Common questions

Why lottery instead of first-come-first-served?

First-come is a race that bots win. With lottery, a real fan who enters in the first minute has the same chance as one who enters in the last. That keeps drops accessible to actual collectors.

How many people enter usually?

Depends on the product. For everyday inventory we don't use lottery at all — only for high-demand drops where stock is much smaller than demand. The product page shows total entries so far.

When do entries close and the draw happen?

Each drop has its own window — usually 48-72 hours of entries, then the draw within 24 hours of closing. Both winners and non-winners are emailed immediately after the draw.

Can someone else pick up for me?

No. The order name must match your photo ID at the counter. This keeps drops in the hands of actual entrants, not paid pickup proxies.

What if I miss the 48-hour claim window?

The spot is forfeited and we may redraw from non-winners. Email us right away if you had a genuine emergency — we'll consider exceptions case-by-case but can't promise.

Do I pay when I enter or when I win?

Only when you win. Entering is free. The price is shown at the claim step and matches our standard retail.
