Do you ship? ▾
No — we are pickup-only at our Fort Worth shop. 3431 W 7th St, Fort Worth, TX 76107. We do not ship anywhere under any circumstances.
How does the Live Pass work? ▾
After payment, we email you a unique Live Pass URL. Open it on your phone at our counter — it shows a live ticking clock and rotating verification symbols. Staff will give you a 3-digit Store Code verbally; enter it on your Live Pass to confirm pickup. Multi-factor verification prevents screenshot fraud.
How long do you hold my order? ▾
We hold orders for 14 days from the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Uncollected orders are refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
Can someone else pick up my order? ▾
Yes. Email pickup@fortworthtcg.com BEFORE arrival with the representative's full legal name. They must present their own photo ID and complete the Live Pass handshake.
What is the purchase limit? ▾
By default, 1 sealed box per SKU and 4 booster packs per SKU per customer. Specific products may have different limits posted on the product page.
Are your products authentic? ▾
Yes. Every sealed item is sourced from authorized distributors and verified for weight and seal integrity. If any item is found to be inauthentic, we refund the full purchase price.
What if I get the wrong item? ▾
Inspect at the counter before confirming the claim — damaged or mismatched items will be exchanged on the spot. If you discover an error after pickup, email support@fortworthtcg.com within 48 hours with photos.
Do you accept returns on sealed product? ▾
All sales of sealed TCG product are final once claimed at the counter (per our Refund Policy). This protects our inventory against tampering and pack-weighing.
Can I cancel an order? ▾
Before the "Ready for Pickup" email is sent: full refund, no fee. After that notification: refund minus 10% restocking fee. After claim at counter: no cancellation.
Do you sell pre-orders? ▾
No. Every product listed on our site is physically in stock at our Fort Worth shop. We do not sell pre-orders, allocations, or items we do not have on hand.
Why do you collect Texas sales tax? ▾
Because all sales originate at our Fort Worth location, we are required to collect 8.25% Texas state + local sales tax on every order, regardless of customer location.
I am a scalper / I want to bypass purchase limits. ▾
Sorry — we'll cancel and refund any order that bypasses limits or shows bot activity. Photo ID is verified at the counter against the order name. Multiple orders by the same person under different names will be merged or refused.
